When you plant a seed, do you see the bloom immediately?

No.  We wait for it to germinate.  It continues to grow, under the surface, long before we even begin to see first signs of life.  Once we see the first peek through the surface, it’s still time before we see the efforts of the energy put into growth: the bloom.

Your health is like that bloom.   Your seed is your desire to live better and improve your health.  You have to nurture that seed, providing care, nutrients, and time to create results.

I’m going to work with you to provide you the tools and techniques needed to not only create the habits needed to achieve your desired goals, but also how to sustain the lifestyle we will create together over these six weeks.

You will get my blueprint of how to take control of your morning routine, how to enjoy treats and meals without sabotaging your fitness goals, how to tone your body overall with an emphasis on flattening the tummy, and how to transition from a weight loss plan to a maintenance plan going forward.

Each week will focus on one step of the process and work to build a foundation.  Not only will you leave the challenge with more understanding and know-how, but this approach has worked with past clients to avoid overload and the feeling of being overwhelmed.

Weekly meal prep on Sunday via Zoom with meal plans, how to prep, grocery lists, and recipes.

Workouts for You

Daily workouts via Zoom Monday through Friday with an optional Saturday cardio day.

Group Accountability

Weekly group coaching and teaching topics on Wednesdays; hear and learn from the entire group, struggle and success.
