Start at Revive to Thrive
You’ve got to learn the basics first. Just like you walk before you run, we have to teach the basic habits that start moving you forward and help you start building consistency. You’ll also start dialing in just
what you want your life to look like.
Complete the challenge
Complete the 30 day challenge of Revive to Thrive; you’ll have resources to help you along the way that will provide guidance and direction.
Follow up with Ignite to Flourish
The challenge doesn’t end with Revive to Thrive. After 30 days we build on the foundation you built in Revive to Thrive to give you a toolkit to tackle life head-on! You must complete the 30 days in order to join; Revive
to Thrive introduces you to basic habits, terminology, and ideas that are integral to Ignite to Flourish.
One 1:1 coaching call with each coach
For each 3 month commitment you will get 1 free 1:1 with each trainer.
Resource Libraries
This is a journey of self-discipline, but we’ll provide some help too. You’ll have a habit tracker with goals defined by
you as well as access to all the group call recordings.
