Set up repeat appointments

You can optionally set up recurring appointments at one time.  During the booking process, when the form asks if you would like to repeat the appointment, hit yes.  Set your frequency and number of appointments (or end date), and on the following page edit the times and dates as needed

Manage from your dashboard

You’ll get an email with appointment details; if you don’t have one already, an account is automatically created for you.  Check your email for links to set your initial password.  From the “My Account” menu select your Appointment Manager to manage your appointments.

Frequently asked questions

What are the booking guidelines?

Appointments generally can be booked no less than 24 hours in advance.  Reschedules or cancellations must be done at least 8 hours prior to the appointment start.

A notable exception is the 15 minute on-demand session.  Since these are meant to be spur-of-the moment sessions for when life just hits, you can schedule these as little as 3 hours in advance if the calendar allows it.


What if I can’t make my appointment?

We get that life happens sometimes, so you can always reschedule appointments at least 8 hours in advance from your Appointment Manager. In those rare occasions when something last minute comes up and you are locked out of rescheduling, reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll reschedule on the backend.

Note that, per our terms and conditions, we do not refund paid appointment bookings.


How do I get my Zoom links?

Zoom links will be sent in an email after you book.  If you do not receive an email, make sure that [email protected] is whitelisted in your email settings and check your spam folder.  Note that if you are using a comcast.net email, Comcast blocks emails from the shared IP pool used by SendGrid and you will not receive any emails from mtbfit.io. 

If you still cannot locate your emails with the join link, login to your account and access your Appointment Manager to view your link and join your session.

What about Marco Polo®?

If you can’t use Zoom, or are unable to join due to the setting, Marco Polo® is an option.  This is a chat setting, where you will send a question and I’ll respond.  You will still book an appointment like normal through the booking form and have the option to join via Zoom, but unless otherwise indicated the session will take place in the Marco Polo® app.  For more information, send me an email at [email protected].  Note that just like Zoom, the session will be limited to the booked time slot, so you will need to respond promptly to realize the full session benefit.
